Nate Burton Photography offers professional mobile passport photo and headshot services across Antigua & Barbuda, bringing studio-quality results directly to your home or office.
Both services are designed to offer convenience, reliability, and professional quality, allowing clients to get the images they need quickly and confidently, in a comfortable setting.

Terms & Conditions
Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A booking is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from Nate Burton Photography.
- Providing correct contact details and location information is the client’s responsibility.
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total package cost is required to confirm your booking. Full payment must be made upon arrival at the location.
Pricing & Payment
- Pricing reflects a mobile, home-visit service, including travel, setup, photography, and printing.
- Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
- Payment Methods - Payments can be made via ECAB Peer-to-Peer, Cash, or PayPal. Payment instructions will be provided on the invoice. Please note that PayPal fees are already included in all USD prices.
Travel & Location
- Service is provided within Antigua & Barbuda.
- Locations outside of St. Johns & the surrounding areas may incur an additional travel fee, which will be communicated in advance.
- Rough, unpaved, or difficult-to-access roads may also require an additional travel fee or may limit service availability.
- The client is responsible for informing Nate Burton Photography in advance if the location involves rough roads, steep terrain, or difficult access.
- Nate Burton Photography reserves the right to decline or reschedule service if road or location conditions pose a risk to personal safety or equipment.
- The client must ensure the location is safe, accessible, and suitable at the scheduled time.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee to cover travel and time.
- Nate Burton Photography reserves the right to reschedule or cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, emergencies).
Photo Standards & Responsibility
- Photos are taken to meet official passport requirements (size, lighting, background).
- It is the client’s responsibility to confirm country-specific requirements before the appointment if applying for a foreign passport or visa.
- Nate Burton Photography is not responsible for rejection due to changes in government requirements after the service is completed.
Minors & Special Needs
- A parent or guardian must be present for children or minors.
- Clients should advise in advance of mobility issues or special assistance needs.
Digital Files
- Digital copies, if requested, are provided for personal use only.
- Files should not be altered or edited, as this may cause application rejection.
Refunds
- Due to the nature of photography services and on-site travel, no refunds are offered once the service has been provided.
- If a genuine technical issue occurs, Nate Burton Photography will work with the client to resolve it professionally.
Professional Conduct
- Nate Burton Photography maintains a professional standard and expects mutual respect during service.
- Any unsafe or hostile environment may result in the service being discontinued.
