Travel & Location
  • Some locations may incur an additional travel fee of EC$20 / $10 USD, depending on the distance, which will be communicated in advance. ⁠
  • The client is responsible for informing Nate Burton Photography in advance if the location involves rough roads, steep terrain, or difficult access, as this may limit service availability.
  • ⁠ ⁠Nate Burton Photography also reserves the right to decline or reschedule service if conditions pose a risk to personal safety or equipment.


Minors & Special Needs
  • A parent or guardian must be present for children or minors.
  • Clients should notify us in advance of mobility issues or special assistance needs.

Passport Photo Guidelines


  • Attire: Everyday clothing in neutral tones. Avoid white tops, uniforms, or bold patterns.
  • Hair: Neatly styled, kept away from the face and eyes.
  • Expression: Face forward with a neutral expression. Eyes open, mouth closed.
  • Accessories: No glasses, hats, or head coverings unless worn daily for religious or medical reasons.
  • Makeup: Natural and understated.

HOW TO BOOK


  1. To reserve your photo session, please select the “Submit Inquiry” button and complete the form with your contact details.
  2. In the message section, kindly share your details, including the location, and any special requests.
  3. Once your inquiry has been reviewed and your date and time are confirmed as available, you will receive a follow-up email to confirm your booking. Please select the “Complete Booking” button within that email to secure and finalize your passport photo reservation.
