Travel & Location
- The client is responsible for informing Nate Burton Photography in advance if the location involves rough roads, steep terrain, or difficult access, as this may limit service availability.
- Nate Burton Photography also reserves the right to decline or reschedule service if conditions pose a risk to personal safety or equipment.
Minors & Special Needs
- A parent or guardian must be present for children or minors.
- Clients should notify us in advance of mobility issues or special assistance needs.

- Attire: Everyday clothing in neutral tones. Avoid white tops, uniforms, or bold patterns.
- Hair: Neatly styled, kept away from the face and eyes.
- Expression: Face forward with a neutral expression. Eyes open, mouth closed.
- Accessories: No glasses, hats, or head coverings unless worn daily for religious or medical reasons.
- Makeup: Natural and understated.
Book Your Passport Photos in XCD
Booking your passport photos with Nate Burton Photography is simple. Follow the steps below to complete your booking.
1. Select Your Date & Time
Choose your preferred date and time for your passport photo appointment.
Don't see the date or time you're looking for? Click the “Submit Request” link to request your preferred date and time. We will review your request and confirm availability.
2. Complete the Questionnaire
Complete the booking questionnaire with your contact information and passport photo requirements. If you are booking for multiple people, please include the required details for each person.
3. Review Your Invoice
Your invoice will show your selected passport photo service, any additional persons, extra prints, expedited delivery, or other services you've added, along with the total amount due.
4. Complete Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your passport photo appointment. Your appointment is not officially reserved until payment has been completed.
5. Check Your Email for Confirmation
After completing the booking and payment process, please ensure you receive a booking confirmation email from Nate Burton Photography. This email confirms that your appointment has been successfully booked.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder, or confirm that you entered the correct email address.
