How to Book

1. To begin reserving your wedding date, please select the “Book” button for your preferred package and complete the form with your contact details.
2. In the message section, we invite you to share the details of your special day and any inspiration or vision you have.
3. Once your inquiry has been carefully reviewed and your date is confirmed as available, you will receive a follow-up email to secure your booking. Kindly select the “Complete Booking” button within that email to officially reserve and finalize your wedding photography experience.

Wedding Photography Booking Process

1. Review Packages - Explore our curated packages and choose the one that best suits your needs.
2. Schedule a Consultation - Contact us to arrange an online or phone consultation where we’ll discuss your vision, preferences, and any custom requests.
3. Secure Your Booking - Confirm your session with a 30% non-refundable retainer.
4. Planning & Preparation - We’ll guide you through the photography planning process, from location and wardrobe tips to shoot logistics.
5. Timeline Confirmation - A final schedule is confirmed, so everything runs smoothly on the day.
6. Your Special Day - Relax and enjoy, we’ll capture every moment beautifully.
7. Final Payment - The remaining balance is due one (1) month before your wedding day. If paying in USD via PayPal, please note that PayPal fees are included in the final cost.
8. Delivery of Final Files - Receive your fully edited gallery within 8 weeks.
9. File Storage & Backup - It is in the Client’s best interest to download, properly back up, and securely store their files once received. The Photographer will retain the files for a maximum of 6 - 12 months after delivery. After this period, the Photographer will not be responsible for storing or reproducing the files.

• Discuss the style and mood you want for your photos (e.g., candid, editorial, romantic, documentary).
• Review any inspiration you may have. (Pinterest boards, past photos, etc.).
• Identify important moments or people you want prioritized.

Timeline & Logistics

• Go over your wedding day timeline in detail.
• Identify key times for prep, first look, ceremony, portraits, reception, etc.
• Account for travel time between locations (if applicable).

Build Comfort & Trust

• Get to know your photographer(s) so you feel more relaxed on your big day.
• Address any concerns or preferences you may have about being photographed.

Plan Shot List & Special Requests

• Discuss must-have shots (e.g., family groupings, specific details, traditions).
• Share any surprises or moments to look out for (e.g., speeches, dances, gift exchanges).

Review Final Details

• Confirm venue access, point-of-contact persons, and vendor coordination (if needed).
• Finalize selected services, add-ons, and expectations for delivery timelines.
