Please see below our graduation photography packages, which provide a perfect blend of elegance and fun, allowing you to capture the essence of your achievement with stunning visuals. Customize your experience to ensure every proud moment is beautifully documented.


Please note that extra photos can be purchased at an additional cost.

Prices are as follows:

Extra Digital Images - $10 each

4x6 Print - $20 each

5x7 Print - $25 each

8x10 Print - $40 each


(All prices are in XCD or Eastern Caribbean Dollars)

Please note that the UWI Graduation Standard Package is for Graduands participating in the Graduation Ceremony.


Therefore, when booking a personal package, the Graduation Standard Package will be included in the final cost.


However, if you do not wish to have additional photos, you will proceed to book/reserve the UWI Graduation Standard Package ONLY. This indicates that you do not want to have a personal package.


Please note that personal packages will be done on the days of the Graduation Photo Session at the University Campus and NOT on Graduation Day.

UWI Graduation Standard Package

The Graduation Standard Package offers:


ONE (1) Printed (5x7) HEADSHOT of your choice at the gown collection and

ONE (1) (4x6) printed photograph on GRADUATION DAY for an investment of $70.

Package 02

UWI Graduation Digital Package + Standard Package

Graduation Digital Packages offers an additional ten (10) Digital images of your choice for an Investment of $100.


This package can be paired with the Graduation Standard Package for a combined cost of $170.

FAQ

Graduation Photography Make-Up Tip

For your graduation photos, it is advisable to keep your makeup natural and understated. Excessive application can appear uneven when exposed to camera flashes, which may accentuate inconsistencies rather than conceal them. A soft, natural finish will highlight your features gracefully, resulting in photographs that remain polished and timeless.

How should I prepare for my graduation photo session?

It is best to have your graduation attire ironed and ready for the day. Consider practicing a few poses and you are free to bring any sentimental items such as medals to the session.

When will we get our photos?

All photos will be ready for collection or delivery by December 13th, 2024. Digital photos may be delivered earlier than physical copies. These digital photos will be delivered via email or an online gallery link containing your photos. Instructions for collection of printed photos will disseminated via email.

Can I have multiple outfits for my session?

Unfortunately, no. Due to the time constraint, only your graduation gown as well as the formal attire to be worn under your gown will be allowed.

How long will the session last?

Each session will last approximately 5 minutes. From our experience 5 minutes is adequate to allow persons to get their headshots done along with additional personal photos. You will then be allotted and additional two (2) minutes to complete your photo selection.

Where will the photo session take place?

Your graduation photo session will be done at the UWI Five Islands Campus in the designated area assigned for photography.

Can I bring family and friends to the session?

Yes, you are free to bring family or friends to join in a few of your photos. This is a great way to capture memories with your loved ones.

Can I bring props for my photo session?

Absolutely! Your props can include balloons, books, medals etc. Our team may also have a few props available for persons to use.
